By accessing and using the HyperSync platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform provides automated trading and copy trading tools for the Hyperliquid exchange. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the configuration of any automated tools. HyperSync is a software provider, not a financial advisor or asset manager. We do not have custody of your funds; all trades are executed directly on your Hyperliquid wallet.

3. No Investment Advice

Content provided on the Platform, including strategy performance metrics and leaderboards, is for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should perform your own due diligence before copying any trader or deploying any strategy.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must maintain the security of your private keys and API credentials.
• You agree not to use the Platform for market manipulation or illegal activities.
• You acknowledge that copy trading latency may result in different execution prices than the leader.
• You are responsible for monitoring your positions and account margin.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperSync and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or service interruptions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
