Automated trading and copy trading do not guarantee profits. Losses may result from market volatility, software issues, network latency, or execution errors.

Only trade with funds you can afford to lose completely.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HyperSync platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Platform provides automated trading tools and copy trading services for the Hyperliquid decentralized exchange. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. No Investment Advice

HyperSync is a software platform, NOT a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager.

  • •Content on the Platform, including strategy metrics and leaderboards, is for informational purposes only.
  • •Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • •You should perform your own due diligence before copying any trader or deploying any strategy.
  • •We do not have custody of your funds — all trades execute directly on your Hyperliquid wallet.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Maintain the security of your private keys and API credentials
Not use the Platform for market manipulation or illegal activities
Acknowledge that copy trading latency may result in different execution prices
Monitor your positions and account margin regularly
Take full responsibility for your trading decisions and strategy configurations

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HyperSync and its developers, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any:

  • ×Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • ×Trading losses or lost profits
  • ×Loss of data or service interruptions
  • ×Damages arising from API failures, smart contract bugs, or blockchain issues

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced via our official communication channels (X/Twitter, Discord).

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
