By accessing and using the HyperSync platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Platform provides automated trading tools and copy trading services for the Hyperliquid decentralized exchange. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

HyperSync is a software platform, NOT a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager.

- •We do not have custody of your funds — all trades execute directly on your Hyperliquid wallet.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
